I practice from an ecological framework which is child-centered adn allows the ability to examine the structures that children and young people exist in. Working with families and schools are important for my work as through them, we can identify barriers to learning and the individual strengths of the young person. This way of practice supports a holistic approach to assessment and intervention. This then translates into actionable, evidence-based strategies which support caregivers adn educaters to cultivate environments where every young person can thrive.
